We only ship via U.P.S. ground or LTL common carrier truck.
Any other means of delivery must be discussed at time of order entry.

Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are based on the combined total weight of the order. All orders are shipped the cheapest way - either via U.P.S. ground or LTL common carrier truck. If the exact freight charges are required on an order, you will need to contact us.

U.P.S. ground delivery - Driver will deliver shipment just inside your place of business.

LTL common carrier truck delivery - Three levels of service:
(1) If your receiving facility has a dock at truck bed height - the truck driver will make the delivery of your freight - off the truck - onto your dock - under cover. You must understand that if you do not have a freight dock at the height of the truck bed, you must have someone help the truck driver unload the freight.
(2) Some trucking companies provide a delivery service of - off the truck - just inside the door delivery - but you must notify us if you desire to have this delivery service provided and this delivery service is more expensive than delivery option #1.
(3) If you are unable to provide help unloading the truck and wish your freight removed off the truck and placed inside your store, beyond the front door. The trucking company will provide this inside delivery service for an additional charge - but you must notify us of your desire to have this delivery service provided and this delivery service is more expensive than delivery options #1 & #2.

We will assume a standard delivery (option #1) unless otherwise informed. Your full cooperation with the delivery is required. Deliveries are usually made between 8am and 12 noon.
